At Russian Lux we want you to be 100% pleased with your new extensions, so we offer a 30 Day return/exchange for any hair extension product that is still in its original ties and packaging.

We cannot accept returns after 30 days of receiving your purchase.

I would like to change the colour of my hair extensions - how can I do this? 

We understand it can occasionally be difficult to choose the correct colour online; therefore we are happy to offer free exchanges. 

Simply email us on russianluxhairextensions@gmail.com.au with your order number and our friendly customer service team will assist you. 

When is my order not eligible for a return/exchange?

If you have removed the ties that hold the extensions together (or removed the tag on the ponytail extension product) the item cannot be accepted back.

-You can easily check the colour without removing these ties.

-If you wait more than 30 days after the item is delivered you cannot return/exchange.

-if you wash, colour, tone, cut or tamper with the hair in any way it cannot be returned/exchanged.

Like all hair extension companies, we do not allow products that are not in new unopened condtion to be returned as a matter of hygiene. We cannot refund or exchange ANY item that has been removed from its ties or tampered with in any way.
